Product Development and Global Sourcing Coordinator (Boonton, New Jersey):

Rising housewares/kitchenware company is now seeking a Product Development and Global Sourcing Coordinator. The candidate must be able to monitor all aspects of a product lifecycle, including long- and short-term development, sourcing, and marketing. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the products competitive position, and implement the corporation global sourcing plans. Interfaces with project managers, as well as his/her peers in Product Development, Merchandising, Inventory Management and clients to determine the products future direction and to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Requires a bachelors degree. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to speak/read/write in Chinese and prior experience is a plus.
